When should I make my reservation with Ambassador Transportation?
become very busy during the "Season" (October-May). Payment is not required until we complete our services.

Round Trip Reservations?
We strongly recommend that you book your ground transportation reservations for your complete round trip. This
ensures that you will get the same clean, safe, reliable transportation for your return trip as you did your arrival.

Reservation Confirmations?
All reservations made via our web site are not confirmed until they have been verified via phone or email.  
Reservations that have been called into our Reservation Phone Lines will receive a confirmation via email. Feel
free to give us a call for verbal confirmations at any time prior to your trip. We have yet to miss a scheduled
passenger pick up for arrivals or departures and we plan on keeping that record!

Wheelchairs, Extra Luggage, Fishing Equipment, Golf Clubs and Other Special Considerations?
Please let us know in advance of any special considerations you may have that may affect your transportation
needs. We can arrange for pick up and delivery of your extra needs at competitive prices. Please remind us of
your special needs for return trips as well.

How will I know my driver is waiting for me?
For your arrival, your driver will be parked in the Limousine Lot, tracking your flight via the internet on his smart
phone. He will call your cell phone when you land and leave you a message with his direct cell phone number. He
will be waiting for your phone call to let him know you are ready for pick up. After you have landed and gotten
your luggage from the carousel, call your driver from your cell phone and let your driver know which door you will
be waiting at and how to recognize you.

What if I want my driver to Meet and Greet me at the luggage carousel?
Just let us know when you confirm your reservation that you want your driver to meet you at your the luggage
carousel. He will be waiting there with a sign with your name on it. He will have parked the Town Car or Van in the
parking ramp (per airport regulations). You can either walk with him to the limo or arrange a place for him to meet
you at the curb with your luggage after your greeting. This service incurs an additional charge of $15 to cover
parking fees and your driver's time.

What if I want the driver to stop and wait for me while I grocery shop or go to a restaurant?
Your driver will be happy to make pre-planned and scheduled stops for any reason en route. However, this does
keep your driver from serving other customers. Extra stops are $10 for up to 10 minutes and $1 per minute
afterward. Just let us know in advance how long you will want your driver to wait and be available to you and we
will add the charges to your to your bill and let the driver know in advance that he will be expected to wait for you.

Child Safety and Booster Seats?
In Florida, children under the age of four are required to use child safety seats and booster seats. Please let us
know in advance and we can furnish, at no extra charge, rear facing infant seats, child safety seats and/or
booster seats during your ride with Ambassador Transportation. Please remind us of those needs when you
confirm your return pick up.

Flight Delays?
Ambassador Transportation drivers will track your flight via Smart Phones and the Internet.  Flight delays of
fifteen minutes or less are not a problem for your driver. Should your flight be delayed more than fifteen minutes,
your pick up will have priority ASAP status. Call us as soon as you land to confirm status and availability. Should
you prefer a driver to stand by and wait for your flight, this can be arranged for an additional charge of $60 per
hour after the complimentary fifteen minute delay.

Cancellations?
We realize that unexpected things happen and cancellations may be required. Please let us know ASAP if you
need to cancel our services, so that we can free up our driver to serve another customer. Cancellations made
less than 48 hours before a scheduled pickup, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 1
00% of the fare.

204-0783. Phone calls must be received between 7AM - 7PM.

Early Morning, Late Night and Long Distance Transportation and Groups?
Ambassador Transportation offers competitive rates regardless of time of day or distance from SW Florida. Trips
that require the driver to be on the road between 10PM - 6AM incur a $10 Nighttime Fee. Due to the extra
responsibility for our drivers, trips that incur travel outside Lee, Collier or Charlotte counties, occur from
10PM-6AM or involve groups of four or more people, we require a minimum 20% gratuity for your driver. Feel free
to tip your driver extra in addition to this gratuity if you feel they have done an exceptional job!
